Refund and Returns Policy

At Cheaplykini.com, we’re committed to a seamless shopping experience. Here’s our policy on refunds and returns:

1. Refunds: If an ordered product is out of stock or has issues making it non-sellable, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Multiple-item orders with partial unavailability will be refunded for the missing item.
2. Return Eligibility: Items returned for refunds must be in resellable condition. After an evaluation, eligible items will be refunded.
3. Refund Methods and Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 72 hours to the original payment method. For credit/debit cards, it may take up to 5-10 business days to reflect.
4. Refund Charges: No charges apply on refunds, except in cases where delivery has occurred and a return is requested due to personal reasons. In such cases, courier and processing fees apply (BDT 100 within Dhaka, BDT 200 outside Dhaka).
5. Discount and Offer Refunds: Refunds on discounted or cashback purchases will exclude the discount/cashback amount, with only the paid amount refunded.
